Quote: The planning and design service (30 minutes) costs $55, payable upon selecting and confirming the service date on the calendar. This time will be coordinated with the client to gather the necessary information and develop the plan design and service quote. This payment is non-refundable; however, it will be credited toward the final service cost if the booking is finalized after the quote is issued. Service Description: The Promotional Video is the most comprehensive and strategic option to highlight your business, accommodation, or tourism experience. Production starts at $350, subject to a quote. It lasts 45 seconds to 1 minute and includes a custom voiceover (narrated audio) that clearly and engagingly communicates: • The essence of the place • The visitor experience • Available services • Menu or amenities (if applicable) • What the customer can expect when visiting The content is designed to connect emotionally, build trust, and generate a direct call to action, making it ideal for social media, websites, and booking platforms. What's included? • Video planning and concept • Filming at the business location • Video editing • Custom voiceover • Delivery in a format optimized for social media Content use: The content may be used by the client for promotional purposes on their digital platforms. Suri Viajes y Aventuras reserves the right to use excerpts of the material for its professional portfolio and social media. Service scope: The published price corresponds to the service described. Additional requests and changes beyond the original scope will incur additional costs, which will be communicated in advance. Cancellation Policy
Important information before booking: • A $55 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your service date. • The full service fee must be paid upon receipt of the quote, on the previously agreed-upon date. • The quote includes the plan design and the total service cost. • The client must guarantee full access to the space during the contracted time. • The location must be operational, organized, and ready for filming at the time of the visit. • Accommodation, as well as any food, beverages, or services consumed or used for the video production, must be provided by the business owner, as applicable. • Cancellations are non-refundable. • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. • In case of adverse weather conditions, a new date will be arranged.
